Together with our partner TCXA and the UX team at Philips (Versuni), we led the way in conceptualising and visualising the North Star for the brand’s customer experience for the years to come.

By mapping customer journeys and visualizing key touchpoints, we helped Philips shape a clear vision and strategic roadmap for its internal teams. This process not only built strong internal support but also provided teams with a wealth of inspiration. Now, they’re ready to implement the strategy using a SCRUM-at-scale approach.
